Step outside your comfort zone and come along to my very first 8 week challenge plus retreat!

Experience a weekend packed with fitness and fun, as we wrap up our 8-week challenge with a photoshoot and mini retreat surrounded by likeminded women!

Itinerary

Day One, Friday:

•Arrive at our location, check in 2pm.

• Check out the beach which is 100m walking distance from our accommodation.

• Experience self love and empowerment as we all partake in a RNB dance class with the amazing Gill from RNB Dance Fitness

• Home cooked dinner & drinks with the girls

Day Two, Saturday:

• Rise & Shine, we’re hitting the beach early for a beach workout!

• Home cooked brekky post workout and relax by the pool

• Makeup & Hair prep for the photoshoot fun! 12pm - 3pm with VYBE Collective for individual & team shoot

• Enjoy some downtime and relax by the pool for the afternoon

• Dinner & sunset cocktails out with the girls celebrating our past 8 week challenge

Day Three, Sunday:

• Check out day! Enjoy a little sleep in, then we’re off to do a morning sound healing & meditation workshop down the beach with Meg from Harmony in Healing

• Coffee & brekky out with the girls before we head back to the accommodation to check out

• Optional - beach day with the girls! Soak up the sun and ocean before we head home

PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:

• 2 nights accommodation at a luxury airbnb on the Sunshine Coast!

• Photoshoot with the VYBE Collective to showcase all your hard work throughout the 8 weeks

• Healthy “home cooked” meals during your stay 

• Sound healing + meditation workshop

• Private RNB dance class

• Tailored meal plans and macronutrient targets (4 plans throughout the 8 weeks)

• 8 week in app training program - gym or home based (2 x 4 week blocks)

• One x 30min F2F personal training session each week for the 8 weeks

• Weekly F2F check ins - photos, measurements & body fat %

• Mindset support through a daily habit tracker

(If signing up with a friend take your pick on a room you can share, otherwise you will be placed to share a room with one of the other girls)
